This week, I have been continuing my work on my White Scars. I have a unit of three Scout Bikers to finish for an upcoming tournament and also managed to complete some heavy bolter Devastators that have been sitting in my to-do pile for a long time now.
The Scout Bikers were painted to match the existing ones in my army and will form a unit of 6 Scout Bikers in an upcoming tournament list.
I last worked on the Devastators and tactical marines in February, so took the opportunity to finish them off while waiting on the paint on the Scout bikers to dry.
With the Scout bikers completed, my remaining tournament units to complete are now the Landspeeder Storm and a Landspeeder.
Looking pretty nice, dude. The Scars definitely make for a very striking Army (in more ways than one ;).
ReplyDeleteCheers WestRider! I was actually worried when I first started them as white is not the easiest to paint.
DeleteIt's better than yellow, but that's about all you can say for it. And thankfully, paint manufacturers (including GW) are getting better about their coverage on whites, yellows, and reds.
DeleteI forgot about yellow! I see some amazing Imperial Fist armies out there, but I don't think I could even attempt something like that.
