Hobby Sunday 28/08/16- Imperial Church and High Elf showcase

This week, I put the finishing touches to my Imperial Church that was built a long time ago, but I only recently got round to painting. 

I gave the doors and decorations a second coat of Brass Scorpion, followed by a wash with Agrax Earthshade. I also painted up some of the vents in Leadbelcher to break up the grey a little. 

I also decided to pin the balcony onto the main structure of the building. It had fallen off several times during construction and painting, so I decided to get a more permanent fix for it. 

So with that, the church is complete. I have a bunch of other cityfight buildings that I want to get built and painted, so I will probably paint them to match the church. I normally base them to fit in with my green gaming mat, but I have been considering picking up one of the city FAT mats that the club uses, so may base them to fit that.
