Today's hobby update is the final unit for my Dark Angels London GT army. These are a unit of 5 Scouts armed with Astartes Shotguns.
With this unit completed, I just need to add my transfers to my squads for them to be completely finished.

I didn't pay much attention to shotgun squads and they performed well in my last game. Good choice!

DeleteLooking good! Shotguns are definitely my favourite look for Scouts. As I said before, I wish Jes had done more than two poses for them when he did the 2nd Ed metal ones.

DeleteI was thinking of using Van Saar models if I ever took scouts. But yours don't look like Shreck (which the GW offical ones remind me of) so I might need a second look. Great job!

DeleteYour scouts are looking good! Quick question - why the 32mm bases for them?
ReplyDeleteLike other Marines, I think they can now be based on 32 mm bases. It also gives them a larger area presence on the board.
