Just as the title says, I am looking for help with magnetizing my new toy- the Ravenwing Dark Talon. I have never done any magnetizing before, so am really starting from the ground up.

If anyone has any tips or links on what tools to buy, magnets to use and a guide for the Dark Talon (or any large comparable kit), etc., please let me know in the comments below.
If you have a hand powered drill, it'll save oodles of time. Make sure to have a drill bit that matches the diameter of the magnet. (and a smaller one to drill a pilot hole) keep a sharpie to mark your polarity, so that you don't mix it up, and end up with something that won't clip in.

Part way through mine, can't decide if magnetising the hover thrusters, seems unnecessary to me. I onyl have two sizes of magnets as I cannibalise them from my son's old Magnetix sets but I know the higher the number the stronger they are so if you search on ebay for them make sure theres a number on the ad and it's 40's or 50 somethings
